Business Roundtables 2009

The Department of Innovation, Industry, and Regional Development is hosting a series of Working Families Business Roundtables during October and November 2009.

The Victorian Government recognises that assisting businesses to become more family friendly will help them to attract and retain the best staff, increase productivity and create innovative workplaces.

The Working Families Business Roundtables are an opportunity for you to:

• meet some of the recipients of the Fair and Flexible Employer Recognition Program and hear about the initiatives they have introduced in their workplaces
• share your experiences with others about fair and flexible work practices in the workplace and
• hear about some of the resources and information that are available for employers and employees, such as the ways2work website, ways2work.business.vic.gov.au
