There are dispute resolution processes under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) and under Workplace agreements, which you may wish to check if you experience problems at work. In some cases, employers also have policies and procedures which set out dispute resolution processes in their enterprise. You should also speak to your union if you have a problem at work.
